Free of silicone, alcohol, paraffin and petroleum-based ingredients.

MAVI STEP Lux Balm Shine is a premium multifunctional balm for complete care of genuine smooth leather. Its formula, based on natural carnauba wax and lanolin, does five jobs at once:

• Cleans. Gently but thoroughly removes surface dirt as well as grime that has worked its way into the leather fibers.
• Moisturizes and nourishes. Restores the natural moisture balance even in very dry, neglected leather, bringing back flexibility, elasticity and strength.
• Protects. Forms an invisible barrier against moisture, UV rays, mold, mildew and chemicals, and helps prevent the leather from drying out and cracking.
• Shines instantly. A high concentration of carnauba wax gives a lasting shine just 30 seconds after application — no buffing required.
• Revives color. Natural lanolin refreshes and deepens the original color of the leather.

The balm is biodegradable and safe for the material, for people and for the environment. It has been tested by MAVI STEP specialists on furniture upholstery, saddles, boots, shoes, sneakers, outerwear and more.

How to use

1. Brush off dust and dried dirt (for example, with a MAVI STEP Alexandra or MAVI STEP Reagan brush).
2. If the balm has thickened, stir it with a clean spatula until smooth.
3. Use the spatula to put a small amount of balm on a clean applicator sponge.
4. Test on a hidden area of the item.
5. Spread a thin layer with light circular or straight strokes, as if wiping crumbs off a table.
6. Let the item dry completely (usually 5–15 minutes). The shine appears on its own; buff lightly with a soft brush if you like.

Tip. For very dry or damaged leather, use it together with MAVI STEP Cream Softener: mix a small amount of both, or apply Cream Softener first and Lux Balm Shine once it has absorbed.

Caution! Not for suede, nubuck or velour. Test on a hidden area before first use. Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets, at +5 °C to +40 °C (41–104 °F).
