Payment Methods

Each MAVI STEP Shade product is created individually for you. To begin working on your unique order immediately, we operate on a full prepayment basis. This ensures that you receive a product crafted specifically to meet your needs.

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

• Online Payment by Visa or MasterCard: A fast and secure payment process through a protected payment gateway.
• Bank Transfer (IBAN): Our manager will provide you with the payment details after your order is confirmed.

Shipping within Ukraine

Shipping within Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company to a local branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your specified address.

Shipping Cost: Calculated according to carrier rates and paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. This period includes 1-2 business days to custom-mix your unique shade and 1-3 days for shipping by "Nova Poshta".

International Shipping

International shipping is carried out by the "Ukrposhta" company (Ukrainian National Post).

Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders worldwide.

Delivery Time: The estimated international delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You will be able to check the status of your order on the website of the respective postal service.
