1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer of the MAVI STEP online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") for the conclusion of a remote Sales Agreement through the online store (https://shade.mavistep.com/), in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. Confirming an order on the "Checkout" page signifies the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer, regardless of their legal status.

1.3. This Agreement is public in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine—its terms are the same for all Buyers.

1.4. The moment of concluding the Agreement is considered to be the clicking of the "Confirm Order" button. If necessary, at the Buyer's request, the agreement can be formalized in writing.

1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Offer.

2. Terms and Definitions

• Product — items presented in the online store and selected by the Buyer for purchase.
• Online Store — a resource for selling products through an electronic transaction at https://shade.mavistep.com/.
• Seller — MAVI STEP company, which sells products through the specified Online Store.
• Buyer — a natural or legal person who has entered into an agreement with the Seller.
• Order — a list of products selected by the Buyer for purchase.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Product into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. The Agreement governs the process of selecting, ordering, paying for, processing, and delivering the Product.

4. Placing an Order

4.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product available at the time of ordering.

4.2. In case a Product is out of stock, the Seller will inform the Buyer by phone or email.

4.3. To place an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including full name, shipping address, and contact phone number.

5. Payment & Merchant of Record

5.1. Payment is made using one of the methods available on the checkout page, which may include online payment by credit/debit card or a transfer to the Seller's account.

6. Shipping

6.1. Shipping within Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company and is free of charge.

6.2. International shipping is carried out by the "Ukrposhta" company and is free of charge.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for shipping times after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Seller has the right to: unilaterally terminate the provision of services under this Agreement in case the Buyer violates its terms.

7.2. The Buyer is obliged to: timely pay for and receive the order; familiarize themselves with the terms of this Agreement before placing an order.

7.3. The Buyer has the right to: place orders in the Online Store; demand the fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement; exercise their rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.

9. Returns and Exchanges

9.1. General Return Policy. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days of its receipt, provided that the product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, and labels are preserved.

9.2. Special Conditions for Custom-Made Products. Please note: due to the individual nature of products made to your order (in the selected color), such goods of proper quality, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994, are not subject to exchange or return.

9.3. Exceptions for Custom-Made Products. A return or exchange of a custom-made product is possible only in the case of a manufacturing defect or a clear discrepancy with the ordered color, as confirmed by the Seller.

9.4. Return Shipping Costs. The cost of shipping for the return of a product of proper quality is paid by the Buyer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, an error in order fulfillment, or a color mismatch, the return shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

9.5. Return Procedure. To process a return or exchange, you must contact the Seller's customer support service to receive further instructions and a return form.

10. Other Conditions

10.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement with the mandatory publication of the new version on the website.

10.2. The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy of the Online Store.
